Similar to Theta Network (Theta and TFuel) as with Axie Infinity (AXS and SLP) Bolt holders will be able to claim rewards if they stake their tokens, participate in the BoltOS universe (Bolt+, BoltChain, BoltX), and vote in key governance proposals. Bolt stakers/node operators will be able to claim transaction fees throughout BoltChain in the form of Plus. Bolt tokenomics remain fundamentally unchanged. Plus will be used as gas on BoltChain, meaning to execute smart contract transactions, pay for transaction fees. Plus is earned by Bolt delgators/validators who have staked their Bolt Creators and users will also be able to earn and spend Plus when they take part in various features within the BoltOS universe and through user-generated content initiatives. TLDR: At the mainnet launch of BoltChain, each holder of the ERC20 Bolt token will receive Native Bolt on the new BoltChain on a 1:1 basis. - The concept behind the fix is to improve token security, thereby making it extremely difficult for hackers to breach or threaten the network. - To maximise security, we will not support bridging of native Bolt to ERC20 Bolt through BoltBridge on BoltChain Shop. - Existing ERC20 BOLT holders on exchanges should be able to receive their native Bolt on a 1:1 basis automatically. - If you store ERC20 Bolt on your self-custody wallet, you will be airdropped native Bolt on a 1:1 basis automatically. - Existing Bolt holders will also be eligible to claim PLUS on BoltChain Shop (dex.boltchain.com) on the Mainnet Launch ⚡️ Other Notes: ⚡️ Our goal within the BoltOS universe is to align the incentives between creators and users of BoltOS with our developer ecosystem in novel and exciting ways. The mechanisms above have two main goals: - To reward creators and participants for interacting with BoltOS while incentivising them to hold on to their Bolt and Plus tokens to claim rewards - To empower our creators, participants and developers with a sense of ownership to use Plus on how BoltOS is developed and governed. - To build a healthy creator treasury which can sustain programs for both creators and their communities that is aligned with the core ideals of BoltOS.
